Dr. Cara Hillwig – Dr. Cara Hillwig holds a Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Master’s in Nutrition and specializes in prenatal and postnatal women’s health. Common conditions she sees include pain associated with pregnancy including low back, hip and pelvic area, upper back, neck and headaches. Elizabeth Larkin, IBCLC, CD (DONA) – is a birth and postpartum doula and a member of both DONA and CAPPA. Additionally, Elizabeth is the President for Nursing Mothers Alliance, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and a mother of 2. www.wellbornbaby.com
